Hi there, I'm Pamela, a product designer (UX/UI) driven by empathy, clarity and the desire to create meaningful solutions for real people. Before becoming a designer, I spent over ten years as a case officer at the Swedish Enforcement Authority, where I learned to read between the lines, understand people's needs and make decisions that genuinely affected their lives. That experience shaped how I work today: deeply human-centered and grounded in listening.

My interest in working creatively began when I joined a digitalisation project at the agency. I helped transform the paper applications into digital applications, collaborating with a cross-functional team and contributing to early wireframes and process ideas. It was the first time I worked in a project environment with brainstorming, problem-solving and creating together. It made me realise how much I enjoyed that way of working. That experience led me to map out my strengths, which eventually guided me toward UX design.

What I'm most passionate about is the research side of UX, understanding people's needs and letting those insights guide design decisions. I love collaborating with others, testing ideas, and continuously learning. I believe design should add value not only to the people using a product, but also to the team creating it.

For me, good design starts with understanding people and that's always at the heart of my work.
